The problem we’re solving
Most small businesses today sell through WhatsApp, Instagram DMs and similar chat surfaces because traditional e-commerce platforms don’t fit how trade actually happens. Business happens in conversation. Prices are negotiated. Orders are confirmed in a thread. Deliveries are coordinated through chat.
But chat-based commerce has no structure. There is no real shop, no persistent product catalogue, no verifiable order record, no real delivery system, and no real trust layer. Buyers have no protection. Sellers have no credibility infrastructure. Disputes have no resolution channel.
TRADICOMM gives chat-based commerce the structure of a real platform — without tearing away the conversational fabric that makes modern trade work.
What TRADICOMM is

End-to-end encrypted chat, voice notes, location sharing, and file attachments. Buyers and sellers talk in context — tied directly to orders, not floating in a separate app.

Verified fulfillers, photo-confirmed handovers, and real-time tracking on every delivery. Escrow protection built into the delivery flow so funds release only on confirmed receipt.

TRADICOMM is built for the informal and semi-formal economy that powers modern commerce — across cities, regions and borders. We launch from Lagos and scale outward to every market where buyers, sellers and logistics meet through conversation.

Who’s building it
TRADICOMM is built and operated by Hiveootech Ltd, a Nigerian-registered ICT company (RC 9438361) incorporated in March 2026. The company’s sole founder and director is Stephen Eze.
We are currently in pre-launch, building toward a v0 release later in 2026. The company holds a SCUML registration (SC 271601874) issued by the EFCC Special Control Unit Against Money Laundering, and a TIN (2622670751311) from the Federal Inland Revenue Service.
What’s next
Our v0 launch later in 2026 will bring the core commerce + communication loop to merchants in Lagos first: storefronts, product listings, in-thread ordering, and delivery coordination through our initial fulfiller network.
After v0 we will roll out payments coverage, expand the fulfiller network city-by-city, and extend the platform outward — across countries, regions and any market where merchants and buyers want a single, structured place to do business.
